The Barbados Chess Federation Inc. (BCF) invites all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held as follows:

Date: Sunday, October 11, 2026
Time: 4:30 p.m.
Location: The Barbados Bridge League, Pine Road, Bridgetown, Saint Michael

In accordance with the BCF By-laws adopted in July 2021, the following classes of membership are eligible to attend:

• Member Organizations
• Ordinary Members
• Honorary Life Members

Only members in good financial standing will be permitted to attend the AGM. Members may contact Mr. Trevor Griffith, BCF 1st Vice-President, at bcf1stvicepresident@barbadoschess.org or call 259-4675 to confirm their membership status or renew their subscriptions.
